Colombian constitutionalism in the 20th century: A model of organization or a domination element?

Abstract

This article analyses four colombian 20th century constitutional trends and depicts how history is strategically used by local authors in their legal reasoning. The theoretical background of the studied local authors is analysed with particular attention to their historical viewpoints. This article may be used as a reference for further studies related with Latin American constitutionalism and its theorical background.
