This article analyzes the historical constitution defense of Navarre by the General States from Baja Navarra in 1789. It talks about the similarities with the intents of the Alta Navarra’s Diputación to the Assembly of Bayonne in 1808, to the Cortes of Cadiz in 1813 and to the Estatuto Real of 1834.
