The stability of the British political system was challenged by a number of claims, which demanded profound constitutional changes. These changes involved a review of the intimate relationship between state and the Anglican Church, and the political principles which ruled his State. Given all these changes, some British women participated in the campaigns that led to their approval and they mobilized themselves for and against these changes.
