The history of the modern constitutionalism is a history that needs to be written. This article tries to be just a draft to promote a new reflection about the Constitutional History, in general, and about the impact of it in different countries, more in particular. It will be showed the necessity to found a new perspective, to throw any light in the constitutional history of all the studied countries. The history of the modern constitutionalism is moving away the national constitutional history, and starts to show a global perspective.
